The Pedometer application attempts to help you lose weight and stay healthy as it tracks your steps, distance traveled, and calories burned – all conveniently from your iPhone. The settings screen pictured here on the left has an adjustable sensitivity which allows for accuracy whether walking, jogging, or running. I didn’t play with this setting much as I’m not serious about running so I can’t comment on how accurate the sensitivity might be. I don’t run except when I’m chasing the kids!
