Once you’ve jailbroken you are going to need to SSH into your iPhone or iTouch to do things like add custom images, sounds or install cracked apps. Luckily, its very simple.
1) Goto Settings – Wi-Fi and tap the blue arrow next to your network to get your IP address (it should be 192.168. . . . .)
2) Open Cyberduck or whatever free software you downloaded to SSH
3) connect to the IP address from #1 and use the username root and password alpine
That’s it! Now it’s just like searching your C drive. Navigate to the folder you need and add or modify some files. Check this video to see how. Also, here is some freeware to SSH
