So there was a lot of jailbreaking news this week and expect more early next week with the expected release of blackra1n. Should be exciting if you’re that geeky. Today had a little less geeky news of Tweetie 2 being released. It’s $3 even if you already have Tweetie and the developer is going to sell a ton. I use Tweetie as much as any other app. I love it. So this got me to thinking . . . . . . . Hey, a new poll. The last poll wasn’t even close. 45 of you watch the mp4 files on your iPod or iPhone. Only 8 (me included) connect your iDevice to your TV and watch there. 7 watch on the computer. I actually watched Dexter on the Macbook because I think there is a problem with my composite cable. But that’s another story. Bottom line – the poll was a romp. So in the new poll I want to find out how many of you use Twitter and if so what client do you have on your iPhone. BTW, send me a message @iPhone4idiots. It’s the best way to get a quick response. I could use some more Tweetie friends. Just be interesting! Mapquest came out with a turn by turn app that requires a $3 monthly subscription. Does anyone still use mapquest. Remember when it was good. IMO, they are toast to Navigator, TomTom & CoPilot. Not shocking, AT&T made comments about Tethering at some point which means not coming anytime soon. They also hinted that a new pricing plan might be coming that makes heavy data users pay more. Not good for me, but makes sense as those that use it the most should pay the most right?
